Saw this post and wondered if anyone would like to take the Kayaks up and participate in this, we could use some Crappie for the Margarita party. Good way to meet new fisherman.I have wanted to take the yak up on Harris for a while. Just thought it might be fun.

I think this will be fun, some good fishing an easy paddle from the ramp. We should get together and figure out a plan for carpooling maybe,need to post on NC Angler our int o attend.

Hey Chris it looks like Eric and Brandon and i are planning on attending. I think Brandon is take his boat with his Dad, Eric and I are in Kayaks. Have to get up with them to see about convoying up there. Be great to have you with us.

Actually pulled out the yak this morning and took it to work with the hopes of getting it on the water after work. It sat up in the garage all winter and apparently my transducer came unglued from the hull at some point. There was also a ton of moisture inside the hull too. Guess I need to get it fixed before this weekend!

I also may be interested in going to this event! I am trying to get the boat running right or i may take the kayak! I am planning on fishing Jordan on Sunday. What time are you guys planning on heading out to jordan?

Hate to say it, but I donot thank I am going to make the call until checking the weather Sunday morning, but it does not look good ..... from now on no plans to go fishing the weather is not working me. Every day I want to go fishing I am going to plan to go to work and when the weather is perfect... I'll quickly change plans.
