New Year's Fishing Resolution

Taking the idea from a blog post on Field and Stream, what are your resolutions that pertain to fishing for 2013? Any plans for learning more about a favorite fishing spot, learning a new skill, making that bucket list fishing trip, read more books , fish for a species that you have never fished for before, or other plans for fishing in the new year.

Personally, plan to spend much more time practicing with the fly rod, improving my fly tying , and working more with the airbrush on lures. In addition, I'm looking to complete a plan to involve High School Students in fishing.

Tell us about your plans.

I have a few but with going back to school not sure how much time I'll have to do any of them.

1. Explore Rhodes Pond better

2. Catch a fish out of Lake Rim

3. Take the Jon Boat to the electric only side of Jordan.

There are a few more but those are the ones I think I might be able to make happen this year.
