Fly Flinging on Harris

Eric Laprad and myself spent a very enjoyable morning at Shearon Harris chasing some bluegill for day filled with action. We offered up Hipp's Poppers and Stealth Bombers followed by Hare's ears nymphs for droppers which were readily accepted by both gills and bass. Water temps are around 80 degrees and the fish seemed to prefer pockets along the coves. Eric started the day off by landing a very nice bass on his first cast.
