Tammy and I were discussing the fact that we haven't had a good Low Country Boil in a long time, so we decided that it was time that we got one going. Let's take some time to cool off and enjoy some good food and each other's company. I'll be sending an invitation with the newsletter , so this a heads up on the date that will be July 21st, 2012 at 6:00pm at the Carpenter house. BTW my mint plants are getting quite large and in keeping with an Old South Low Country Boil theme , Mint Juleps will be the cocktail of the day.
