295 access?
I heard word of a access spot off of 295 supposedly the river is at a steady 4 ft or less and filled with bass no big boat traffic and perfect for yaks and kick boats was wondering if any one knew of this access spot? Its not a state maintained access but a local knowledge thing.
Re: 295 access?
I have never heard about a access where 295 crosses the river, but I would love to find one. That part of the river would be a great place to hit with the yaks. This is a shot form Google Earth and I don't see any where. Might have to take a drive over that way and check it out. Coach D lives over there maybe he will chime in and tell us what he knows about it.

Re: 295 access?
I came into possession of a kick boat and the Guy that gave it to me said he took it on the river near 295 said he had to walk a bit but he wouldn't give me exact locations lol I thought about driving up and down river rd looking for a cut back to the river I imagine that is what he found.
Re: 295 access?
Not sure about 295 but I do know of a place behind Goodyear. But I'll see what I can find out. I would not recommend the place behind Goodyear due to the almost cliff like drops.

I used to fish from the bank there behind Good Year at night for cats. I wouldn't try to take my Yak down there but I believe you could get in with the Belly boat.
