First top water bass of 2013

Got out tonight for an hour with Mercury at Boundary Line Lake. Got 3 of them to the shore. Fishing from the bank. Was Mercury's first attempt at top water fishing and he was pulling the plug out of the bass's mouth. I was using a little 99 cent fire tiger colored popper from the discount bin from some where. Mercury was using a blue Rapala popper. Only took the one picture. And no I am not changing allegiances it was laundry day and that was the only shirt I had clean.

And Good Job taking Mercury out thats what its all about, passing the knowledge and giving the kids something constructive last will last a lifetime for them.

Great looking fish boundary line is a great little place to go, i can always go there and snatch some fish on a baitcasting reel or on my flyline
