Scupper plugs on the cheap
If you ever worry about the water getting into your boat thru the holes. Instead of buying those expensive plugs, go to walmart and buy practice golf balls. They are foam rubber and will plug the holes. And they don't cost much

That's a good idea. We have used pool noodles from the dollar store, you can get several out of one. They last about one season in the sun , but can't beat the price.

I've been using the foam golf balls for the kayak. Only had to replace em once when I lost em.

Re: Scupper plugs on the cheap
I have never seen the foam golf balls, have to go to Dicks' and see if they have them. Sounds like it would be good in case I loose my scupper plugs. I know they are expensive we bout some for my wifes Ocean Kayak. Wish I had known about these back then. I have the factory ones , my Perception came with all the plugs so I was good.
