Has anyone checked out the Spinfisher V coming out this Oct? I don't know what the rules are about linking to other sites from here, but go to the penn site, look it up and enter to win one. It is the 1st sealed Spinfisher Penn has offered. If I remember correctly, it should come in around the 150.00 mark.

I wasn't aware that they were relauching the reel, but I'm liking what I'm seeing. Looks like something for Santa's list. I have a couple of surf rods that could use a mate. Here's a link.

I am really interested in the 3500 size to be a flounder reel in the surf. Usually I am wading while flounder fishing the suds and am always concerned when a wave washed over my reels.
