H983 was filed in the legislature, today that would give gamefish status to our redfish, Striped Bass, and Speckled trout. Please, read the bill carefully and absorb the changes as there are other provisions that effect both recreational and commercial fishermen.

It has good parts and bad. Looks like dredging is going to occur no matter what. Looks like a you scratch my back I scratch yours type of adding.

I am really glad to see that reds, specks, and stripers are now game fish! And for that i will gladly pay 5 more dollars for my saltwater license!Very Happy

I don't mind the $5. I pay it gladly. The dredging I'm not sure is a good thing.
